Australian Institute of Language (AIL) is a registered training organization providing high quality course in Languages training. We are seeking energetic and dynamic Trainers (part-time or full-time) for delivery of CCL (credentialed community language) test.

-- Ability to provide high quality education services in the form of training and assessment.
-- Translation or interpretation qualification (Mandarin-English)
-- TAE 40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or
-- Willing to acquire the certificate

-- 能够胜任高质量的培训授课及学生评估反馈

-- 有翻译(笔译或口译)文凭认证(普通话-英文)

-- TAE40110-Certificate IV Training and Assessment文凭

-- 或有意向考取该文凭

-- Deliver quality training and assessment that meet course setting and learning needs of students;
-- Maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, including maintaining classroom facilities;
-- Analyse students' assessment and provide feedback on their learning to improve their performance;
-- Report to course coordinator regarding students' progress, attendance and other relevant matters;
-- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training and assessment and personal development;
-- Assisting students to conduct e-learning program and practice tests;

-- 维护积极的课堂气氛同时管理和维护学校的教学设施

-- 分析评估学生的能力，并给与反馈，帮助学生提高成绩

-- 及时与教学组长沟通有关教学进度，学生出勤率及其他相关事宜

-- 为课程设置提供意见跟建议，并能实时提高自我能力

-- 辅导并帮助学生完成在线学习，以及机房练习和模拟考试

-- Work experience in education, translation or interpretation;
-- Excellent presentation skills;
-- Active and ongoing classroom management skills;
-- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Weekend availability required;
-- Education or Teaching qualification preferred;
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English;

-- 有活跃课堂气氛并能有效管理课堂的能力

-- 周二，周三，周五或者周末有空余时间

-- 有教育教学文凭或相关背景
